Host unforgettable gatherings with a private chef in your home. Custom menus, 100% organic ingredients, and full service from first course to final cleanup.
There's something irreplaceable about gathering around a table in your own home—the intimacy, the comfort, the connection that only happens when you're hosting in your space. But executing a memorable dinner party while actually enjoying your guests? That's where most hosts struggle.
Daily Dose private chefs let you have both. We handle everything—menu development, sourcing, preparation, plating, service, and cleanup—so you can focus on what matters: being present with the people you've gathered.
Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner for four, a celebration for twelve, or a milestone event for twenty, we bring restaurant-caliber execution to your home using 100% organic, sustainably sourced ingredients. You set the tone. We deliver the experience.
Everything Taken Care Of
Menu Development
We start with a conversation. What's the occasion? Who's coming? Any dietary restrictions or preferences? Do you have a cuisine direction in mind? Based on your input, we develop a custom menu—not a template—tailored to your event. You review, we refine, you approve.
Sourcing & Procurement Your chef arrives with every ingredient sourced from our trusted network—pasture-raised proteins, wild-caught seafood, certified organic produce, artisan pantry items. You don't shop, prep, or coordinate deliveries. We bring everything.
Preparation & Cooking
Your chef prepares everything fresh in your kitchen, course by course, timed to your evening. Fine-dining technique applied to home entertaining—proper searing, balanced seasoning, beautiful plating, seamless pacing.
Service & Presentation
Dishes plated and presented at the table or served family-style, depending on your preference. Your chef manages timing so courses flow naturally and guests never wait. You host; we execute.
Complete Cleanup
When the evening ends, your kitchen is spotless. Dishes washed, surfaces cleaned, everything put away. You wake up the next morning to a clean home and great memories—not a pile of pans.

Events We Serve
Intimate Dinners (2-6 Guests) The most personal format. Multi-course menus with refined execution, perfect for date nights, small celebrations, or hosting close friends. Your chef can remain invisible in the kitchen or engage with guests, depending on your preference.
Dinner Parties (8-12 Guests) The sweet spot for home entertaining. Enough guests for lively conversation, intimate enough to feel connected. We design menus that balance ambition with flow—impressive without slowing down the evening.
Larger Gatherings (14-20+ Guests) Milestone birthdays, holidays, engagement celebrations, reunions. Multiple courses, family-style service, and logistics that scale. We may bring additional support depending on guest count and menu complexity.
Special Occasions Anniversaries, proposals, graduations, promotions, welcome-home dinners, farewell gatherings. Tell us what you're celebrating and we'll design a menu that honors the moment.
Holiday Entertaining Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year's Eve, Easter, Passover. Traditional menus elevated with premium ingredients, or contemporary interpretations that respect tradition while surprising the table.
Business Entertaining Hosting clients, partners, or colleagues at home. Menus that impress without distracting from conversation. Seamless service that reflects well on you as a host.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
For intimate dinners, 3-5 days is typically sufficient. Dinner parties benefit from 1-2 weeks lead time. Larger events and holiday dates should be booked 2-4 weeks ahead—or earlier for peak seasons like Hamptons summer and Palm Beach winter.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just your kitchen and basic equipment—stove, oven, pots, pans, plates, utensils. Your chef brings all ingredients. If your kitchen lacks something specific, let us know and we'll plan accordingly. For larger events, we can arrange rental serviceware, glassware, and linens.
Can I customize the menu completely?
Absolutely. The sample menus are illustrations, not limitations. Want sushi? Moroccan? A family recipe elevated? Tell us what you're envisioning and we'll design around it.
What if guests have different dietary needs?
We design menus that accommodate multiple requirements seamlessly. When needed, we prepare individualized dishes so every guest enjoys an excellent meal tailored to their needs—not a modified version of someone else's plate.
Will the chef interact with guests?
Your preference. Some hosts want the chef visible and engaged—explaining dishes, interacting at the table. Others prefer invisible execution—excellent food appearing seamlessly while the chef stays in the kitchen. Tell us your style.
Do you provide servers for larger events?
Yes. For events over 10-12 guests, we typically recommend additional support for service. We can provide servers to assist with passing canapés, plating courses, pouring wine, and clearing—allowing your chef to focus on cooking.
Can you accommodate outdoor events?
Yes, with proper facilities. If your outdoor space has a functioning grill or access to your indoor kitchen, we can execute dinner service outside. Fully outdoor cooking (no kitchen access) requires advance planning for equipment.
What about beverages and bar service?
We can source wine, champagne, and other beverages to pair with your menu. For full bar service, we can recommend bartenders we trust or coordinate with your preferred provider.
Accordion Item 9: What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 7+ days before your event receive a full refund. Within 7 days, a partial fee may apply. Within 48 hours, the full service fee applies. We'll always work with you to reschedule when possible.
Can you help with other event elements?
We focus on food and kitchen service, but we're happy to recommend trusted partners for flowers, décor, rentals, and other event needs.
