Timing & Lead Time

Standard Orders:  For the best selection and customization, we recommend 24-48 hours lead time. This allows our chefs to source the freshest ingredients and prepare your menu without rushing.

Same-Day Orders:  Need catering today? Call us. We accommodate same-day orders whenever possible—typically with at least 4-6 hours notice. Menu options may be limited based on what we can source and prepare in time.

Last-Minute Requests:  Departure in two hours? It happens. Call us directly and we'll tell you what's possible. We can often deliver quality options on short notice—just know that extreme last-minute orders may have limited customization.

Scheduling Your Delivery:  Tell us your departure time and we'll back-time delivery to ensure everything arrives fresh but not rushed. Most deliveries arrive 30-60 minutes before scheduled departure, but we adjust based on your crew's preferences and FBO requirements.

  • How far in advance should I order?

    24-48 hours gives us the best opportunity to source fresh ingredients and customize your menu. Same-day orders are often possible with 4-6 hours notice. For last-minute needs, call us directly—we'll do everything we can to accommodate.

  • How do I request a menu?

    Call us, email us, or submit a request through our website. Provide your departure airport, date and time, passenger count, dietary preferences, and any special requests. We'll respond with a custom menu proposal within two hours.

  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

    Absolutely. We accommodate keto, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, shellfish allergies, and any other restrictions. Tell us during your request and we'll build your menu around your passengers' needs.

  • Do you provide beverages?

    Yes. We can provide still and sparkling water, fresh juices, specialty beverages, and non-alcoholic options. For alcohol, we can source wine, champagne, and spirits upon request—let us know your preferences.

  • What about serviceware and utensils?

    We provide everything needed for service: plates, bowls, utensils, napkins, and serving pieces. Disposable premium or reusable options available based on your preference. Let us know if you have specific requirements.

  • How is the food packaged for flight?

    Every dish is packaged for altitude performance. Containers that reheat evenly in galley ovens, insulated bags that maintain temperature, and leak-proof seals for turbulence. Presentation is designed to look as good unwrapped as it did leaving our kitchen.

  • Do you deliver to the aircraft or the FBO?

    We deliver directly to your FBO and coordinate handoff with their team. In most cases, the FBO transfers your order to the aircraft. If your crew prefers direct aircraft delivery, let us know and we'll arrange accordingly where permitted.

  • What if my flight is delayed or canceled?

    We understand aviation. If your departure is delayed, we'll adjust as needed—sometimes holding delivery, sometimes refreshing items, depending on timing. For cancellations, we ask for as much notice as possible. Fees may apply depending on how far into preparation we are.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations 24+ hours before scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Within 24 hours, a partial fee may apply based on preparation status. Within 6 hours, the full order fee applies. We'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
