Private Chef Services We Offer

  • How far in advance do I need to order?

    For your first order, we recommend placing it by Wednesday for delivery the following week. Once you're on a recurring schedule, your meals are automatically prepared each week unless you skip or pause.

  • Can I customize individual meals?

    We customize based on your preferences—proteins you prefer, ingredients to avoid, allergies, and restrictions. We don't offer meal-by-meal selection; our chefs build your weekly menu based on what's freshest and best within your plan's framework.

  • How long do meals stay fresh?

    Meals are designed to be enjoyed within 5-7 days of delivery. Each meal is labeled with a best-by date. Meals can be frozen if needed, though fresh is always best.

  • What if I have food allergies?

    Tell us during signup and we'll flag your account. We accommodate common allergies—gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, and more. Our kitchen handles all allergens, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, but we take every precaution.

  • How do I heat the meals?

    Most meals reheat in 3-5 minutes in a microwave or 10-15 minutes in an oven. Specific instructions are included with each dish. We design meals to reheat well—proper textures, no drying out.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us. We ask for 48 hours notice before your next scheduled delivery to avoid charges for that week.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?

    No long-term contracts. You can try a single week or subscribe for ongoing delivery. Most clients stay because they love the food—not because they're locked in.
