In-Flight Menus

Chef-prepared, 100% organic cuisine customized for your flight. Every menu built around your passengers, your timing, and your preferences.

We don't offer a fixed menu. Every Daily Dose In-Flight order is custom-built for your specific flight—your passenger count, dietary needs, flight duration, departure time, and cuisine preferences.

Tell us what you're looking for and we'll develop a tailored menu proposal within two hours. Want Mediterranean for a transatlantic dinner? Light bites for a quick hop? A multi-course celebration for a special occasion? We design around you.

What stays consistent: 100% organic ingredients, pasture-raised proteins, wild-caught seafood, chef preparation in our NYC kitchen, and packaging engineered for altitude. The menu changes. The quality never does.

How We Build Your Menu

Flight-Specific Design  A two-hour flight needs different food than an eight-hour crossing. A 6 AM departure calls for different options than a 7 PM dinner service. We design menus around your specific flight parameters—not the other way around.

Passenger-Centered  Who's on board? Business colleagues who need to work through lunch? A family with children? A celebration group? We tailor portions, courses, and service style to your passengers and occasion.

Preference-Driven  Love Mediterranean? Prefer Asian-inspired? Want comfort food classics? Tell us your direction and we build from there. Have passengers with strong preferences or restrictions? We accommodate every one.

Seasonally Influenced  Our menus reflect what's freshest from our sourcing network. Seasonal produce, peak-quality proteins, ingredients at their best. Your menu benefits from what's exceptional right now.

Why Choose Daily Dose for Crew Meals

Same Sourcing Standards: Crew meals feature the same 100% organic, pasture-raised, and wild-caught ingredients as our passenger menus. No downgraded ingredients, no shortcuts. Your crew eats as well as your passengers.

Chef-Prepared: Every crew meal is prepared by trained chefs in our NYC kitchen—not assembled from pre-packaged components. Real cooking, real technique, real flavor.

Nutrition-Forward: Our founder is a certified nutritionist. We design crew meals to support cognitive performance and physical endurance—not just fill stomachs. Balanced macros, no inflammatory ingredients, sustained energy.

Reliable Delivery: Same delivery standards as passenger catering. Timed to your departure, coordinated with your FBO, packaged to travel. Your crew meals arrive when and where they should.

We design for keto, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, Whole30, anti-inflammatory, autoimmune protocol, low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, and any other dietary framework your passengers follow. We also manage all common allergies including tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, fish, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, and sesame.

Flag dietary needs when you request a menu. We'll note them in your proposal and design dishes that comply fully—not modified versions of standard items, but intentionally designed alternatives that stand on their own.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you have a set menu to choose from?

No. Every menu is custom-built for your flight. The items on this page are samples of what we prepare—not a fixed list to select from. Tell us your preferences and we'll design a menu specifically for you.

  • How do I request a menu?

Call us, email us, or submit a request through our website. Provide your flight details, passenger count, dietary needs, and any preferences. We'll respond with a custom menu proposal within two hours.

  • Can I request specific dishes not shown here?

Absolutely. Have a favorite dish? A cuisine you're craving? A specific item you want? Tell us and we'll incorporate it. These samples represent our range, not our limits.

  • How do you handle multiple dietary needs on one flight?

We design individualized options when needed. If one passenger is vegan and another prefers steak, both receive excellent meals designed for their requirements—not one getting a modified version of the other's plate.

  • What if I don't know what I want?

Tell us the basics—passenger count, flight duration, time of day, and any restrictions—and we'll propose a menu. We're happy to make recommendations based on your flight profile.

  • Can I see photos of the food?

Yes. Upon request, we can provide photos of specific dishes or previous similar orders to help you visualize presentation.

  • Is the food prepared fresh or reheated?

All food is prepared fresh in our NYC kitchen before your flight. Items designed for reheating on board (hot entrées, for example) are prepared to be finished in your galley. Items meant to be served at temperature arrive ready to plate.

  • How does pricing work?

We provide itemized pricing with your menu proposal. Pricing varies based on dishes selected, passenger count, and complexity. No hidden fees—you see exactly what you're paying for before you approve.

  • Can you match a menu from a previous flight?

Yes. If you've ordered from us before and want to repeat a menu—or modify a previous order—just let us know. We keep records of past orders for easy reordering.
