Do you work with rental home kitchens?
Yes. We're experienced with vacation rental kitchens of all types—from fully-equipped estates to basic beach house setups. During planning, we'll ask about your kitchen's equipment and adjust our approach accordingly.
Does my chef stay at the house?
Typically no. Your chef arrives each morning (or afternoon for dinner-only service) and departs after the final meal and cleanup. For remote locations or client preference, live-in arrangements can be discussed.
How do you handle grocery shopping during the stay?
Your chef manages all provisioning. They arrive with initial supplies and shop for fresh items as needed throughout your stay. You never see a grocery store unless you want to.
What if our plans change mid-trip?
Flexibility is built in. Spontaneous dinner reservation in town? Beach day running late? Guests arriving unexpectedly? Your chef adapts. We ask for reasonable notice when possible, but vacation plans are meant to change.
Can you accommodate a large group?

Do you serve alcohol?
We can source wine, champagne, and beverages to complement your meals. For full bar service or specialty cocktails, we can recommend bartenders we trust or work with your preferred provider.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 14+ days before your stay receive a full deposit refund. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable but can often be applied to a rescheduled trip. Within 7 days, full payment applies. We'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
